First thing I like about my school is that there is a big grassfield where kids can play many different things. I mostly play soccer with my friends on one halve of the Grass. The other half is where people play American Football. Once In a while I play football with my friends. Although, people only use the grass for those 2 things you could use it for many other activities. Sometimes after school I see people playing tag on the grass. Another thing I like is that last year they built a two story building for the third, Fourth and Fifth Graders. At the beginning of the year (When the building first opened) everyone was very excited to see what was in the new building. Nowadays everyone comes in as if it was a normal school day. I like the building because there is a co lab. A co lab is place where there are fancy chairs, and bouncy balls to sit on. It is mostly used for relaxing, but sometimes the teachers take us to the co lab to work. Finally I like that we have a play structure. It includes many stuff that other schools don’t have. Such as the pegasis. The pegasis is like a climbing structure where you can climb all the way to the top. Then there are these pedals that make you feel that you are riding a bicycle. Also, the swing. The swing can fit three people at once and could go pretty high. Lastly, the zipline. That is where you hold on to a bar while you go sliding down.

Central Park students got to go on many field trips. Some are cool and some are not that cool. Last week, all of the 4th graders went to Happy Hollow to see animals. Some people get to work at Happy Hollow and study animals. I followed their steps by observing 3 different animals. I saw more than three animals, but I am only writing down 3 different animals.

One animal I saw was a small Lemurs. The Lemur had a long tail that swished around itself when it walked. It was fast and quick jumping from tree to tree. It jumped, bounced around and walked with the other Lemurs. Finally, They were fun to watch just like the Red Panda.

The Red Panda was cute. It had a long stripe color tail. They also liked to bounce around their exhibit. It walked around quickly as if it needed to go somewhere in a limited time. The thick fur coat that it had helped it keep warm during the winter season. The Red Panda was one of the best animals I saw at Happy Hollow, but I was about to see something just as good.

The last and final Animal I saw was the Fennec Fox. The Fox has big/huge ears that stood out to my group. It is sort of afraid of people. It has a thick fur coat and is cute just like the Red panda and many other animals at the zoo. Also, the foxes all walked around cautiously for some reason. The Fox was the smallest animal I saw at the Happy Hollow Zoo.

The three animals I got to observe in Happy Hollow were very interesting and cool. I hope I can go on another field trip that is as good as this one. I am very lucky to go on a field trip like this one

 

  

                          “Do we have to go?” I was saying to my parents just before the taxi would come and take us to the airport of total doom. 

“John, it will be alright,” my mom whispered to me. “This airline is the most trusted airline system in the whole world so far.” She hasn’t seen the news I thought while rolling my eyes.

First let me introduce myself; my name is John Miguel Dos Santos Sutter. You can just call me John. I have a younger sister/brother that is still inside my mom’s belly fighting to come out. The last and final thing that you need to know is that I am reading a book while riding a Taxi to the Arymar International Airport in Michigan.

“Here John, this might calm you down,“ Murmured my dad as he gave me his phone. My dad’s phone has lots of apps that he uses to work, but the really actual game that he has is … Pacman. I kept down the phone and asked my dad, “Dad have you seen the news there has been 17 out of 20 of plane crashes in the world this month, do you want to live or not?“ I said in a frustrated tone of voice “Stop arguing,” he screamed. “If you don’t want to come, you don’t have to,” Do you understand?“

“Yes,” I whimpered.

“Good,”  He replied calmly. The rest of the drive was silent. The only voice was coming from the drivers GPS beeping every so often. The ride took about 1 hour to reach Arymar INTL airport. As the Taxi guy was giving us our luggage my eyes darted from side to side to see new people coming from every Taxi that surrounded us.

            “John let’s go,” said my dad urgently

“Why do we have to hurry, dad? The plane departs at 2:30 and the time is only 12:00 noon.” My dad replied “That’s what you think, the plane now departs at 1:00.”

“Really,” I said nervously while feeling that the end is coming closer and closer and closer.

 

As I was waiting for our flight to come, I decide to pray and hope that life will be good when we enter the plane and all the way until we land at Chicago INTL airport. A few minutes later some girl asked everyone in business class to board first.

“Great, first one to enter the plane that is going to crash is the business class people,” I said.

“John we are supposed to go to this side, not the side that leads to the economy class,” said my dad. 

“Ok dad,” I whined as I followed him toward our seat. My heart was beating as fast as a flying plane. 

                                                  A few minutes Later

 

Thud, went to the bottom of the plane when I fell on the floor. The next thing that happened were lot of voices. Some of the voices were annoyed and some offered some help. Then two people from my school, whispered to each other ”John fainted while boarding the plane. Such a scaredy cat  HA HA HA.”

 

Ok, first let me tell you what happened back there. Both of their names were Stanley at Watley. They are twin brothers. I know them from school. They are the biggest bullies in the school. I kept on arguing with them that I am not scared of planes. I furious with those two guys. So I decided to get revenge on those two people. As the plane roared in the sky I was sleeping.                                                         

                                                               1 hour later

“John wake up,” My dad hollered as he rattled my head, “the plane is on fire.”

“What dad?” I asked him when I instantly heard what he said.

“The plane is on fire, c’mon we have to exit the plane quickly.” my dad said nervously. When my hearing and vision came back I freaked out instantly. I knew that this would happen I thought nervously. I saw that there were a lot of people running around frantically trying to find the exit. Ignoring everyone’s shouts of terror I decided to jump out of the plane. Well I want to live, right? So I took a parachute from my dad’s bag and went toward the exit. I heard my dad yelling. Then I jumped………………………

 

Back in the plane

 

(intercom) We have fixed the fire. No need to panic. We will reach Chicago in 1 hour. “Yay” everyone except my dad shouted. He was going to every section of the plane to find me. Then when he finally gave up, he slumped back in his seat.

 

“Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa,” I screamed while I was falling all the way down with an elevation of 100,000 feet in the air. I closed my eyes, hoping that my first adventure would turn in to a good one. The next thing I remember was crashing in the open ground.

 

                                                      In the hospital

 

“This guy is mad he was falling from the sky right into my taxi” said Indiana Bones.

“Why was he falling from the sky in the first place?” asked a journalist.

“Haven’t ya’ll seen the news,” said the doctor as he handed it over to to the journalist

“He jumped off the plane when everything is alright, wow this is an interesting person,” said Indiana Bones. Just then my vision came back to sight. I jumped up from the bed and started asking questions as quick as a flash. The journalist and Indiana Bones looked startled at my unexpected appearance. One of the questions I asked were where I am.

Then I remembered my dad and why I jumped off the plane while nothing happened on the plane at all. I had to get to Chicago. I told Indiana Bones “Can you tell me whether I can catch a taxi here at all.” 

                                                                After a few minutes

“Well, I am sorry kid, all the taxis here in Saint Joseph are sold out for a whole entire week. What a bummer. These people book 1 month before they even need the taxi,” said Indiana Bones

“It’s okay Bones, I’ll find another way to get to Chicago.” I said feeling confident.

I roamed the small town of Saint Joseph for some material that I could use to make something that can get me to Chicago.

 With a long time of searching I finally found a junkyard west of Saint Joseph. I asked the guy who owned the junkyard. 

“Can I use some of those stuff that you have there, please?”

“Sure, kid they are just some junk that people all over town given to me,” said the farmer

“Thank you,” I replied back to him

“No problem,” he answered back to me as he walked away. I grabbed a lot of stuff from his pile of garbage. Some of the stuff that I grabbed were some rusty car/auto parts and a small rusty engine. I thought that I need some company to make something Hi tech. Then I remembered that my dad told me that he has two cousins that live on New York street in Saint Joseph. Their names were Maria and Ronnie. I left the auto parts on the ground and started walking to 1008 New York street.

At their apartment I knocked on the door. 

“Welcome to apartment 109, please welcome yourself in,” said Ronnie

I stepped on to there carpet that was as hard as a rock. Maria motioned me toward their sofa and said “Aren’t you John Sutter? The son of Alicia Sutter and Rolang Sutter?”

“Sure I am. I am wondering whether you can help me make a car with rusty pieces from the junkyard?.” They replied back,  “Uuuuuum, maybe. Just tell us where to go and we’ll meet you there in 5 minutes.”                                                                

                                                                   At Chicago INTL Airport

(Intercom) We have landed at Chicago INTL airport. Please wait until the seat belt signal is off before you get out of the plane. “Enjoy your visit to chicago. JOY!”

My dad was still unhappy. He decided to calm himself down that he would stay in a hotel for a week before going back to Michigan.

                                                         

 

All three of us were working so hard to build the car. Hammering the nails to make the car stay together. We had to make sure The wires connecting properly and the engine works. Then we had to build the seats for the car. After a few days the car was ready to go. 

I drove to Chicago as fast as flash. I reached Chicago in about 7 hours. As I entered the Chicago INTL airport. I scanned the airport. As I traveled from east to west, to the north and to the south of the airport. I still couldn’t find him so I decided to go to the memory desk

At the memory desk I asked the guy whether he knew my dad. 

“Rolang Sutter, well I know him all right. He went to the hotel down the road.” said the Englishman that owned the station. I was really happy that I would get reunited with my dad

I walked down the road until I saw a big sign that covered the main entrance. SAPPHIRE STONE. I knocked on the door.

“Welcome to Sapphire stone what can I get for you?” said the maid of the hotel.

“Do you know anyone who entered here called Rolang Sutter?” I asked

“Sure we do, he is downstairs. Number 123,” said the maid

“Thank you,” I replied.

“No prob,” remarked the maid. 

 

                                                       5 minutes later

 

“Son how did you get here,” cried my dad.

“Well it was hard. I broke my hand when I fell off the plane. Then I landed in the small town of Saint Joseph. The two cousins names that you gave me helped me make a very simple car to drive here. Just when I arrived the car broke down right in the airport parking.” I said

“Since you did all that hard work, John. I have a big surprise to you when we land back in Michigan,” said my dad.

“Cool,” I said

“Well why are we waiting. Let’s get flying.” said my dad finally. Now I don’t care about the newspaper and about anything else. The only thing I want to do is go on an adventure. To have some fun!! Now I know that I had went on the the most scariest adventure I have ever had. Victory

My dad started driving to our next destination, Casa Dia Via Mar Inn at Escondido, CA. On the way we stopped at LA, to eat dinner. For dinner we all ate Falafel and french fries . After a few minutes, we were back on the highway. The highway that we took was next to the ocean.  I couldn’t see anything in the water because it was very dark outside. So I just had to wait for the drive to end. After what seemed like forever we finally reached the inn at 10:00 PM. When I stepped in the Inn, it just looked like a normal Inn, but when I started to search around we found out that it actually had a balcony. Plus, the balcony was next to a railway track! First I checked the TV and what channels it had. When it was 11:00 I felt a little bit sleepy. So I shut down the TV and went to bed. I thought that I would hear a train, but luckily I didn’t.

The next morning all of us got up and started to head toward the breakfast room. We all had to search a lot to find the breakfast room. Finally we found the room and started to eat. I ate bread with butter and jam while watching what was happening on the news. After a few minutes everybody was done so we started to head back to the car. After My dad gave the owners the key we drove to the San diego Safari Park Zoo.

After 10 minutes we reached the zoo. When we walked past the front gate we saw a Blue Macaw. After that we had to decide what to do next. My dad suggested that we take the African tram first. My mom and I agreed with him. On the way to the entrance of the tram I saw two lions. They were a little hard to see since they were far away from where we were standing. At the entrance for the tram there was a lot of people waiting. When it was finally our turn to board we walked over and sat at the very front of the tram.

After the Tram started to move I got to see Giraffes and many Pink Flamingos. As we saw these kind of animals the driver was explaining details about them. Then we saw some Rhinos and a small baby Rhino. A few seconds later there was Bulls. The driver explained that you wouldn’t want to go near these Bulls. After that there was Zebras drinking water at a pond. Different kinds of Deer came after that. One of them had horns on the top of their head and others were like A Bison. When we were approaching the end there was a Horned Deer close to the Tram. When the driver told us to get of, I saw the two Lions and this time they were much closer.

 

We decided to go on to the African loop trail. The first thing we saw on the trail were ducks and swans swimming in the water. Then all of us saw that there were two Lemurs and one pile of food. The first one went and started eating the food, the other one just stood still. After a few minutes there were a lot of Flamingos standing on 1 leg. Some of them buried their head in to their bodies. Then birds suddenly flew overhead. The whole park felt like an actual jungle. Then we kept walking until we reached the Tiger trail.

On the Tiger trail there were Bamboo trees everywhere. When we reached the midway point of the trail I saw a tiger. It had black, white and orange stripes. As we went on more Tigers appeared. Finally at the end of the trail all of us took a break and started eating oranges. After that we started to walk on the walkabout Australia trail. When we started the trail there was a small garden that had many kinds of Herbs. On the trail we got to see small trees that were actually very old!! There was even a small jungle of trees. After we enjoyed that we walked toward the Platypus.

There was a huge line of people waiting for the Platypus. Since the Platypus only lived in Australia and in the zoo we decided to wait in the line. After a hour we reached the entrance. Then I could see it. You could barely see it because it was zipping across the water every second. It was fun to watch. My mom was very hungry, so we all decided that we should eat lunch. Before that My dad went in to some door that led to the Kangaroo trail. My mom thought my dad did it on purpose. Then I got to see the Kangaroos. They kept on hopping with their back feet while the front feet were in the front of their body. I also got to see a baby one that started hopping too. After completing the Kangaroo we started to walk toward the place we ate.

After a while we reached Thorntree Terrace. After we ordered our food we waited at a open table close to the restaurant. When the buzzer sounded My mom went and brought the food back to us. Before I started to eat the african Lemurs were very close to us.

About 30 minutes later we were walking to the place where the Cheetah was going to run 60-70 mph. I was very excited to take a video of it running. When we reached the excitement didn’t last long because there was about 1000 people crowding around the field. When the cheetah started to run I luckily got a small video of it running. It was super fast. Then they released a dog to run . The dog wasn’t quite as fast as the Cheetah, but it was still very fast. After a few more round of the Dog and cheetah running the Cheetah run was over.

 

 

When the crowd cleared we started to walk toward the Gorilla trail. On the way to the trail there was exhibit which was called the Lemur walk. All of us agreed to do it because you get to see Lemurs in the open. After sometime we were inside. One of the Lemurs went to the very top of a pole. The others were just jumping from pole to pole. After a few minutes All of us exited the Lemur walk and merged on to the Gorilla trail. At the halfway point of the trail I saw a big Gorilla inside a cave. There were also 2 Gorillas that were hiding behind the rock. I wanted the one inside to cave to come outside because it was the biggest Gorilla in the exhibit. After taking a few pictures of the Gorillas and the Big Gorilla, we continued on Gorilla trail and started to head for the entrance of the zoo.

At the entrance there was a souvenir making machine. I made a souvenir of a baby Elephant and a big Elephant. After exiting the zoo My dad went in the car and started to drive toward Quality inn which was in Oxnard CA. Since we were taking the same Highway we took before I still couldn’t see anything because it was night. On the way we had to eat dinner, right?, so I asked my parents what should we eat. The replied with the answer “Pizza”, so I looked for pizza places on the map. After a few minutes I found this Pizza place which was called Blaze pizza. My Dad drove to the Pizza place.

The pizza place was one of those places where you could make your own Pizza. Since we were only going to order one pizza I got to keep most of the toppings. After we ordered we waited for the pizza to come. When it came My mom brought it to our table. All of us had to eat quickly, so we could reach the Hotel in time. After quickly eating we were back in the car ready to go back on the freeway. After 2 hours we finally reached Quality Inn. Inside the Hotel it was just like a normal Hotel. I wanted to watch some TV before going to bed, but My mom forced me to go to bed since it was about 10:oo in the night. I brushed my teeth and finally went to bed.

The next morning I got up and ate Cornflakes, yogurt and bread. After everyone finished breakfast My dad started to drive back home. In a few minutes My dad stopped at Safeway to get Ice cream. I ate Mint Chocolate chip Ice Cream. After both of us finished eating we were back on the road. At 12:00 My mom stopped to eat lunch. My dad and I didn’t eat because we were full. When she was done the trip continued. Since we had to stop for lunch too my dad stopped at Panera bread. I ate plain bread with Tomato soup. In a few minutes all of us were back in the car.

1 hour later… we were home. I went to my bed and found out that I got a Present from Santa. It was a Camp Nou 3d puzzle!!!

The End

On Christmas day in the morning My family and I traveled to Ventura Harbor to go to Channel Island National Park. The main point of the trip was going to see Dolphins and Whales. We left early in the morning so we can reach the hotel early. The ride to the hotel, Shores Inn took about 5 hours. In about 2 hours 30 minutes, we stopped in grocery store. At the store my dad bought Marble Bread, Normal Bread, Strawberry Jam, Gouda cheese and Spicy Hummus. A few minutes later, we were back on the road.  We reached at 4 pm. At the inn I was just testing out the TV and what channels it had. After sometime there was this Basketball game that I wanted to see. It was Between the Los Angeles Clippers 21-10 @ Los Angeles Lakers 24-6. Just then My dad suggested that we should walk for sometime.

Our first stop was Lucky Thai restaurant that we were going to eat dinner in. The walk continued until we reached the beach that was nearby. On the beach, I got to stand on some big rocks. When I was standing on those rocks I could see boats in the deep waters.

Around the small city we saw Christmas lights hanging from almost every house. Since there was nobody my mom suggested that My dad should drive to the main town so we can at least see more people. Everyone agreed with that. At the town there was surely more people then in where the hotel was. The only problem was that the crowd was only at popular restaurants. After a few minutes we decided to go back toward the Thai restaurant and eat dinner. At the place I ate some noodles with vegetable. When we finished eating, we saw that it was pouring heavily outside. We didn’t even have an umbrella with us! I charged to the rain just like a bull ramming in to a brick wall. Finally when everyone was safely inside I started to watch the Basketball game. It was very competitive both teams were trying to win. The final score was Los Angeles Clippers 22-10 111 Los Angeles Lakers 24-7 106. I started watching another game for sometime until my parent told me that I had to go to sleep. I turned of the TV and went to bed.

The next morning all three of us got out of bed early. Since the breakfast only opened at 7:30 I decided to watch a Premier League game on TV until I had to go for breakfast. A few minutes later my dad went and checked what was there in the breakfast room. He told us that since there was only Waffles in the room my mom had to eat bread. My mom told me that “I should finish quickly”. I asked her “Why are we leaving at 8:30 when our ferry ride is only at 10:00″. We are going to try taking the 9:00 ferry so we have more time on the island” She replied. Directly after finishing our breakfast we went in the car and my dad started to drive to Ventura Harbor. The harbor was freezing cold. All of us ran into the warmth of the visitor center. At the visitor center my dad got tickets for the 9:00 boat. When the boat started to sail toward the pacific ocean the speed was slow. After it exited the beach it became very rocky and fast. First I was scared because the boat kept lurching up and then suddenly when you least expect it goes down. After a few wild waves I got used to it. The Common Dolphins only appeared when we were nearly at Scorpion Cove. We thought that they had to race the boat. The actual reason is that they had to follow us because  the waves created by the boat were going toward the boat.

At Scorpion Cove the boat guys way of boarding the island was terrible. It took forever to take people on the island. Every once in a while the boat would drift away and then the captain had to make it go back to the ladder. Finally all of us made it to Scorpion Cove. We decided to do the easy hike because the boat that went back to Ventura departs at 3:00. My dad found a hike which was called the Cavern Point hike which is 2 miles long. The trail was just like any old trail I have been to. In sometime there was a sign. My parents both agreed that we can walk halfway through the Potato head trail and then come back to this point and finish the Cavern Point loop trail hike. The hike kept on going up. We had to move slowly because the trail path was very narrow. Suddenly My dad spotted a baby fox not to far from where we were standing. As I neared closer it ran away.   The trail seemed to take forever and we had to stop to eat lunch at some point. All of us couldn’t spot a place to eat, but I spotted tiny paw prints on the trail. I thought that it must be the fox. Since we didn’t find a place we turned around and started hiking back toward Cavern point loop trail. In the same place we saw the fox again, but this time there was 2 foxes. Then they ran away. When we were finally back a sign that we faced earlier we started eating.     I ate bread with avocado and Hummus. While I was eating there was a crow nearby that clearly wanted the food. It kept on cawing on and on again. I couldn’t eat quickly because the crow was so annoying. My dad called it the annoying crow. Finally when we finished eating the crow flew somewhere else. Then the hike began finish again to finish the Cavern point loop trail. After a while all of us reached Cavern point. The view was spectacular. We tried to search for more sea animals, but since all of us were in a very high altitude I didn’t see anything. After taking a few pictures the trail continued. When we were close to the end of the trail we saw people kayaking in to painted caves. At the end of the trail all of us waited on the bench until we all had to go to the boat. At 3:00 we were at the boarding place ready to get on the the boat. The boarding took forever. Finally the boat roared out on to the open seas. Since I wasn’t scared anymore I was on the front on the boat. Most of the journey everyone didn’t see anything. Until finally more Common Dolphins when we were very close to our destination. After a few more minutes all the Dolphins were simply just gliding on the back of the boat with the waves. Almost all the way to Ventura they were directly behind the boat. When we were at Ventura they disappeared. I wanted to see Whales and Dolphins. I only got to see dolphins. Next time I hope hat I get to see blue Whales. Part 2 coming soon!

Before I painted this my class and I were observing what was there in Salvador Dali’s painting Swans reflecting Elephants. His painting style he used is surrealism. surrealism means parts of real thing combined in dreamlike ways so your painting made no sense. On Nov 22 2019 we tried to do what Salvador did. When I combined the parts I used a tail, body and head from a tiger, a tail from a chicken, Horns from a goat and feet from a rabbit  so my painting made no sense. Finally my make up animal looked like a scorpion. For the sky and the ground all of us had to use paint. As you can see for the sky that the very top has more paint then when you go to the bottom. That is because when I was nearby the mountains I kept more water than paint and when I was on top of the paper I used more paint then water. This makes the paint fade together to look like an actual sky. The feet were colored blue over so it looked like the animal was actually in the water.

On June 29 2019 San Jose Earthquakes would take on la Galaxy at Stanford. Everyone knows this game is going to be hard because La galaxy is 2nd place and the quakes are in 5th. as we were walking inside we saw three people sky gliding and who were going to land on the field itself! When we found our places to sit we were watching both teams practice for the game. I was mostly watching the quakes training. I was hoping they would win this game instead of losing, like against the New York Red bulls. In a few minutes the players were ready to start the  game At 7:15 local time the referee Kevin Stott blew his whistle begin an exciting game.

In the first few minutes the Quakes were keeping the ball away from La galaxy. At the 11″min the quakes had a free kick in a dangerous position. Vako passed the ball to Eriksson who passed the ball back to him. In a few seconds GOAL San Jose at the 11″minute goalscorer Vako Qazaishvilli #11. 1-0 . The crowd was celebrating for a long time.

As the game went on the Quakes were just keeping possession for sometime and got 1 shot on target. The galaxy got the ball to Dave Romney who tried a volley, but an easy save from Daniel Vega the goalkeeper.

My dad is the most important person in my family. I know at first you may not think that he is anything important to you. For me he is the most noteworthy person in my family. Today I will show you why he is the most noteworthy person to my family because if you work for a really long time you might achieve want you want before you give up.

First of all he tries really hard to get right amount of money to pay the rent for our apartment. At his office even though there is something really hard that his hard to do he keeps on knocking on the door until he finally finishes the hard thing. He might seem pretty frustrated at the end, but for the good part he also seems part happy.

Also almost everyday when he picks me up from school he always goes back to his office and work for about 4 hours. Whenever he come back from his office he is very tired because he works until 10:00-10:30.

One time I was at his office he was struggling just as much as trying hard to get the job done. I didn’t want to disturb him because he will be angry with me if I disturb him or tell him something.

Finally about all the time I ever see him he is always in office, working on his computer or even going to his friends house and working over there. I have never been to his friends house before, but I know that he works there because he comes really late.

My second detail is that when my mom doesn’t have the time to something my dad covers in. One example is that my mom usually does the vacuuming in the house every next saturday. One day in which she was sick she asked my dad whether he could vacuum the house. Since he was very tired on that day because a few minutes before he just came back from office and picked me up. Surprisingly he said in a very grumpy voice “sure.”

Another reason is when I am at school. My moms office is about 1 hour or more to drive. But she goes with the bus and train in which will take about the same as taking the car. My dads office is nearer by 15 minutes. That’s why he leaves work early everyday except friday just to pick me up!

Finally he takes us outside sometimes to go out and eat because my mom is very tired after coming back from work. A few days ago after I came back from school my mom came a few minutes after I reached. It looked she was sick and couldn’t cook food for us. My dad knew that she just wouldn’t be able to make us food. He always drives to a food place all the time after in what happened to my mom.

My final main idea is that If my dad wasn’t with us we would not be able to go outside to good or amazing places like yosemite national park. My mom doesn’t drive the car so that’s why he is the only one who drives me to my soccer games (sunday or saturday) or even practice (monday and wednesday). Even if my mom knew how to drive I know that she would never ever drive to my 50 or more minutes away soccer games because she doesn’t even care. My dad still doesn’t want me to continue soccer but he still drives for me somehow which is really good for me.

You know how if you need to go to the airport and don’t have a car to drive what do you do? All you have to do is go call a cab driver.. My dad drives like the best cab driver ever transferring my mom and I even the rest if the family that is still alive almost anywhere we want to go. Unless he is in a grumpy mood in which only happens every month Thank you for listening to my speech about my dad. I hope you understood about how my dad is a very noteworthy person to my family and does more than anything I ever imagined.

The new kid named Laze Rhombua
One a day that just felt like yesterday in a classroom 5.12 in jackson middle school Mrs. Jankie was announcing that we were better than there old new students going to have a new student today at noon. Tillern,Conner, Jack, Messi, Tahaan, Rakitic and Sahana were very nervous that whether this new student will be better than there old new students which were Steve and Dunlap one of the most worst school bullies in the world.

A little after in the day the principal escorted the new student into the class. When everyone got a glimpse of the new student they all started to laugh for about for no reason were all laughing at him. Mrs. Jankie said, “Everyone can you please welcome our new student Laze Rhombua and treat him with your best care when he is at this school.” From that moment there was a few seconds silence until Steve and Dunlap (the school bullies) laughed so hard the new student started crying.

At math, when everyone went to the carpet to do the math talk. Laze walked very slowly to the carpet. He was almost there until he tripped on the carpets weaving strings just like that. At the same time Tahaan, Jack and Conner felt very sorry for Laze when he tripped. Still the school bullies Steve and Dunlap just did not even care of him. They just kept on laughing like they didn’t even care. Laze had a bad math because of them, the school bullies. He kept crying and wailing real loud until the bell went “ding dong ding dong.” which indicated that the class had their favorite part of the day, recess.

At recess, Jack, Conny and Tahaan wanted to go up to Laze and tell him whether he wanted to play with them, mostly just ask him “do you want a little help in your day”. Before they reached him Steve and Dunlap came with a lot of pinballs in their hands. Before Laze noticed he got hit with 2 pinballs right in the face by them. His whole
face was all covered in blood, still he barely even noticed that even happened. In less than a second later Jack ran as fast as he could to mrs. Jankie. Then told her that Steve and Dunlap threw pinballs at the new student Laze.

After that mrs. Jankie yelled ”Steve Dunlap come over here right this second to get something no one likes”. When Steve and Dunlap came over to her she said ̈detention for both of you and no arguing.” After that Jack could play with Laze. He said Tahaan and Conny were going to make something for you.” But when he asked him “What do you want to do for the rest of the recess, Laze just shrugged and said “maybeI would like to do the swing with you.” Jack agreed by saying “sure even I want to do the swing at recess.” recess still didn’t go well for Laze.

At quiet time, Tahaan was drawing a picture of a soccer player called Mauro Icardi. But, when he was going to take a drink of water when he took the long way which passed Laze’s desk. He saw that he was drawing one of the most beautiful and best flowers he could ever see. At first he thought his eyes were dreaming until he finally noticed that he actually drew those flowers by himself. The rest of the quiet time was growing from bad to worse for him, Laze started yelling and most worse, crying harder than ever. In just a minute Mrs. Jankie came over to his desk. She looked Laze in the eye and asked Laze what was happening to him. Laze just ignored her and did not say anything back to her. Since the crying was almost as loud as a elephants yell she had to stop quiet time just that moment and send Laze to the principal’s office which is basically inside the nurse’s office.

In a few minutes in reading Laze came back into the building. Before he could go to his desk Jack walked up to him holding a flower drawing and said ”here I thought you might like this drawing that I drew for you. ̈ Laze looked up and a little smile woke upon on his head.

He said ”thank you Jack for this picture you gave me. I did not know that you knew that I like flowers.”

Jack answered back ”actually I think you love flowers and you are welcome.” When he got to pick any book, he wanted to read. During reading, Dunlap and Steve were whispering something to each other. While Conny was listening to them speak, he heard them say “whjdhdfgefghjds!” His face was a total question of confusion.

After reading, Mrs. Jankie announced that it was Laze’s birthday, he wanted no cha chas with his birthday song. The whole class started to go really crazy when she announced that. Messi whispered to Tahaan ” Wow, on his first day at school it was his birthday.”

Tahaan answered back “I know it is really shocking that it is his birthday on his first day of school.”

Just then the class started with ”Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday dear Laze Happy Birthday to you. After that, the whole class clapped for Laze except for Steve and Dunlap (obviously).

At Art, Mrs. Jankie said ”you are all allowed to draw whatever you want in this period.” Everyone in the whole class knew what Laze was going to draw. When Laze started his drawing, he started very slowly because he promised Jack that he would sell his flower drawing to the public.

After Art, Laze wanted to show his drawing to the whole class before they all went home. Laze asked “can I share my piece of artwork with the whole class. Mrs. Jankie answered back ”Laze are you kidding me, how did you draw that all by yourself only on a piece of paper.”

Laze looked shocked “are you really trying to confuse me it is really easy to draw like this.”

” Well Laze you can surely share your piece of the flower that you drew with the whole class Laze.”

Laze said back ”thank you Mrs. Jankie for letting me share this piece of art with the whole class today.”

When he started to show his piece to the class, Jack asked him “you are going to sell that piece of art, right?” Laze had a smile on his face, and said “I will sell it Jack.” When he started to show his piece to the class, all of the students faces looked like they could not talk for a long. Even Dunlap and Steve could not imagine seeing a drawing as good as this. Then suddenly the whole class broke into a long round of a round of applause to congratulate Laze on how he got the movement really correctly from that drawing. After that applause, Laze said ”thank you, thank you” while he bowed to the audience. When the class was getting ready to go home Mrs.Jankie was noticing that Laze was feeling sad. To make him feel better she said ”hey Laze before you go home do you want a treat from me.”

Laze answered “sure Mrs.Jankie I will love a treat only if I like it and I agree to take it, mostly what I want to know but what is it.”

“ I will show you what it is said Mrs.Jankie, I need to show it to you alone it is really private. If I don’t tell you alone everyone will want what his special treat it is going to be, you do not want to know what is going to happen in this class they see what it is going to be.”

Laze answered “sure we can go to your desk Mrs. Jankie.”

Then Mrs.Jankie showed Laze toward her desk and said” the treat is a large bag of gummy bears.”

Just like in the art project Laze looked really shocked just like the kids when he saw his drawing He finally said ” gummy bears?” In a really confusing voice. “Mrs.Janky Why yes gummy bears is one of my favorite foods in my culture.”

“Then take it and have a good day after that Laze, goodbye.” When Laze was walking to the door Jack,Tahaan and Conny said ”Laze excellent drawing of a flower you did there in art.” Then Jack said ”you have to sell it remember.” From there they laughed for a long time until Dunlap and Steve came along. They did not say anything they just walked to their parent and disappeared into the view. After that Laze said ”goodbye to Jack,Tahaan and Conny.” He was walking with a happy smile on his facetoward his dad. When he reached toward his dad (Tome romanin) he told him about one of his best first days ever at school in his whole career. After his first those days he were friends with Conny,Tahaan and most importantly Laze overall managed to sell his flower drawing with the whole world. After a long time those 4 people finally started to talk about Laze’s first day at school. At first they were all just staring at each other until Conny, finally said “Laze did you know when in your first day it was only my 7th day of 3rd grade and even I was bullied by the old school bullies Jerry and Holty.” Before he finished the great long speech just like Martin Luther King Jr. Tahaan, Jack chimed in and said “Hey even us too even then It was only my my 6th day and I was really nervous just like Conny. Most of all but on my second day we all went with the flow of schools meeting and classes that will come more into the year. Laze answered back “thank you all of you to make me feel really alike to the other students. Mostly to make me feel really, actually really welcome when it was my first day.” Then they lived a very good life after that.
